WARNING: There is (potentially) a game-breaking bug related to using the Wacky Watch on the Last Turn. Please see the Known Bugs/Glitches section below for more information.
Mario & the gang received an invitation to play a game of Mario Party in the newly-opened Scurry Casino, which is located inside the now-vacant Casino Delfino. The invitation did not have the sender's name, but the gang decided to go anyways, because who doesn't love a game of Mario Party? As it turns out, this was King Boo's plot to lure everyone into a trap with his recently-hired group of ghosts from a different universe who have already possessed previous unsuspecting casino guests in order to play a part on this "party". Welcome... to Scurry Casino!
Introducing:
- Clyde (Orange): He acts as the bait, selling Stars to the guests. He's terrified of the gang after hearing of the mighty Bowser's defeat in Mario Party 2. He possessed a Toad.
- Pinky (Pink): She's been entrusted to take the guest's coins. She possessed a Spiny Desert cactus, since she liked the pink flower she was wearing.
- Blinky (Red): The Supervisor of the gang, he makes players more vulnerable by stealing their items. He possessed a Fly Guy.
- Inky (Blue): He's been tasked with handing out free Stars to the players. He's unaware the Stars he was given are dark and eerie. He possessed a Thwomp.
This board takes inspiration from Mario Party 6's Clockwork Castle. It is the first Mario Party 3 Custom Board that has NPCs that take turns moving around the board, and the first board that allows players to duel for stars. The board contains various elements that change constantly and meaningfully, requiring players to have creative thinking to succeed. Due to this, this board is very challenging, with a tester going as far as calling it a "Kaizo" board.
The effects of Happening Spaces, Board Events, and other mechanics will be explained below, if you'd like to go into the board blind, please ignore the spoiler tagged area below:

Final Words:
This board features an entirely new system for obtaining Stars. As it's the first of its kind, even with beta testing, it is very possible that it might not be perfectly balanced. If you have any suggestions, do feel free to message me. Also, if you find any glitches or bugs, please report them to me so I can get them noted and fixed.

Core Mechanics:
After the last 5 turns ceremony, it will be time to play Game Guy's Flip or Skip.
(RULES): Take turns flipping panels. Each panel has a number on it from 0-6. There are 3 panels of each number available. Every panel's value is added up as they're flipped, and if a player reaches exactly 21 after flipping a panel, they win, and the other players will pay 5 coins each to the winner. If a player goes above 21, they lose and must pay 5 coins to the other players. Each player can skip flipping a panel once. If a player doesn't have the coins to pay out, the house will cover it. (Coins gained/lost affect Minigame Star, even if the loser didn't have enough to pay out)
Passing Events:
- There will be up to 4 ghosts that roam the board at once, making their move at the end of the turn. At the start of the game, only Clyde will be roaming the board, and every 3 turns a new ghost will spawn on the board in front of their same-colored warp pipe.
- Coming into contact with each ghost will cause something different happen (see image below). The movement of the ghosts will be limited to 1-7 spaces every turn. If a ghost passes through a space where another ghost is present, it will not count down their spaces remaining. If a player runs into a ghost, it will teleport to the opposite side of the board (Clyde will not move if you don't buy a Star from him). If a player is holding a Bowser Suit, the ghosts will try to avoid them when choosing paths at junctions.
- This board features the Gobbler Bonus Star. If a player is using a Bowser Suit when passing a ghost, they will munch the ghost and earn 1 point towards this bonus star. After being munched, the ghost will move to the opposite side of the board.
- Item Spaces will have a 40% chance to be Toad, 40% chance to be Baby Bowser, and 20% to be a Minigame.
- Duels on this board of any kind will allow players to fight for stars. You can put 40 coins or a Star of your own for a rival's Star.
After the last 5 turns ceremony, it will be time to play Game Guy's Flip or Skip.

Passing Events:
- Warp Pipe: Warp to whichever Pipe it's connected to. The pipe connections stay the same until changed via Pippening event.
- Rainbow Pipe: Warp to a random pipe.
- Bad Guys Path: If a player tries to go past the Rainbow Pipe, they will be stopped by a Security Boo, who will tell the player that the path is for bad guys only, and force them to take the Rainbow Pipe. If the pipes are closed OR the player is wearing a Bowser Suit, they can pass through the Bad Guys Path.
- Bowser Pellet: The player will obtain a Bowser Suit. Once claimed, that space cannot give another Bowser Suit until all other Bowser Suits on the board have been claimed.
- King Boo: Spin King Boo's Stealin' Slots! If you can match 3 of a kind, a special effect will happen:
- Poison Mushroom: Tries to set a Slow Curse on each rival. 50% chance to hit each. For every curse hit, you get a Forward Fruit/Reverse Fruit that you can use when landing on a Space in order to roll again. You can use items on this special roll.
- Bowser Suit: Tries to steal 50 coins from random rivals. 60% chance for each coin to be stolen. (Averages at stealing 30 coins)
- Plunder Chest: Tries to steal 3 items from random rivals. 66% chance for each item to be stolen. (Averages at stealing 2 items)
- Bowser Phone: 50% chance for each player to lose something. 33% chance to lose a star, all coins, or all items.
- No Match: 3 Spaces turn HUGE, passing them takes away 15 coins. If the player passes them with a Bowser Suit they can claim 15 coins instead.
- Sunshine Slots: Spin the Sunshine Slots! If you can match 3 of a kind, a special effect will happen. The slots on the left side are completely random, but players have a chance to get up to 2 Bonus Credits that allow them to try again if they fail. The slots on the right side are timeable, but it has no Bonus Credits. If the player fails to match 3, a random ghost will be warped in front/behind the player.
- Boo Bell: Win 1 Boo visit. (Coin Steal is FREE)
- Lucky Charm: Win 1 Lucky Charm.
- Warp Block: Win a random Hidden Block.
- Koopa Kard: Win the Bank Total x2. - Pippening: 75% chance to close the Pipes for 1 turn, 25% to change the Pipe connections.
- Spooppening: 1 of the following effects will activate:
- Speedy Ghosts: All ghosts will move an additional 2-4 Spaces this turn.
- Ghost Shuffle: The position of the ghosts on the board will be swapped.
- Ghost Call: A random ghost will be warped in front/behind the player.
- Scatter Mode: All ghosts will warp in front of their respective warp pipes.
- Particularly Tiny Blue Space: Landing here will warp the player just behind King Boo.
Known Bugs/Glitches:
- There are several music-related bugs in the board. Sometimes the music doesn't stop playing when you land on a Battle Space, or after a Duel. I am unaware what causes this, but as far as I know, it has no impact on gameplay.
- The walking animations of characters look a bit odd, as if interrupted before they're finished. This isn't surprising because there is code inserted into the routine the game goes through when passing through a space, but as far as I know, it has no impact on gameplay.
- The same bug that happens on Seized Sea Sides when using a Wacky Watch on the Last Turn might happen on this board. I could not replicate it happening, but I used almost the entirety of that board's Portal Bonus Ceremony code for this, so it is possible it can happen. It leads to a softlock, so please refrain from using a Wacky Watch on the last turn
