On Mario Party 3, there's essentially a 66% chance for Toad to show up in the Item Shop, and a 33% chance for Baby Bowser to show up. This event allows you to set the percent chance for Baby Bowser to show up, which in turn also sets the chance for Toad to appear. Make sure the number is between 0 and 100. When using this event, place it on the Item Shop Space FIRST and then place the "Visit Item Shop" event right AFTER in the same space. You can use the image below for reference:
