Wii Lens Cleaner

I am debating on whither should i buy a Wii Lens Cleaner or not because my wii is having trouble reading disks and my games are not scratched. So i know it's the wii but i not sure i want to buy one because The Wii U is coming out and i want to save up. And can the Wii U Play Wii games anyway?

I never used a Wii Lens Cleaner
At times, some of my games can't be read and they don't even have a scratch
You can use it but I'm not 100% certain that would work due to me not using it
Wii U play Wii games? I wouldn't know

Wii U can play Wii games, but not GameCube games.

I have one, but I never use it.

My brother's Wii is the same, but it's still not something that we worry about.
Unless the problem is something like you can't play games unless you clean the lens, I don't recommend it.
(Reminds me ~ I should look for that thing... )

If you are geting a Wii U don't even try the cleaner.

The lens cleaner only costs $10 dollars, it can be bought from the Nintendo store and I also think it can be found on eBay, if you do decide to get it, make sure it's new because I wouldn't trust used lens cleaners.

I mean, I agree on saving up for the Wii U, but there's no reason to let your Wii stay in bad shape. =P

I decide that i'm going to buy the Wii Lens Cleaner on Amazon for 30.00. It is in good condition so yea, locking this topic.
