Ok so here's what I have in mind right now:
G-Mods lose access to this board.
Regular members become full leaders without a "G-Mod leader" who has access to the Team Board cause that was a stupid idea.
Admins do not participate, just plan (this takes myself out of the parties unfortunately, MLYW and HJ both already dont participate).
Admins do weekly contests and not whatever half ass shit we did before.
Now here's the schedule of what we do from here, in order of how they will happen:
G-Mods get kicked out of this board.
Admin makes new topic in Parties general board announcing that the Parties will get overhauled and the previous season will be "finished."
Admins plan the entire season before starting anything- This is important. We can't go to week 5 and be unprepared cause that really fucked us.
Once planning is finished, Admin makes new topic in Parties board announcing the new season will begin soon and sign-ups will start for about a week.
From the sign-ups, members will be asked if they would like to be a team leader or not (except participating G-Mods).
Admins will choose 3 people who said they want to lead to lead based on who can lead a group best.
The leaders will be informed and the draft will commence shortly thereafter.
The Season starts.
