Now be honest. You guys will be posting a lot here but some posts might not even be actual posts. Should the main board only count posts and the team boards do not? Let me know what you think.

No. Teams are going to make decisions and we shouldn't have to worry about double posting or stuff (cuz that'll be annoying =P) So make it so posts don't count.
I agree that it would be easier if they didn't count. I wouldn't care either way since I'm not in it 
Glacier Summer counted posts in every board related to it. Blazing Winter did not.

It should. No one is going to double or spam in there. it's just for daily duties. =P
