Scizor (Japanese: ハッサム Hassam) is a dual-type Bug/Steel Pokémon.
It evolves from Scyther when traded holding a Metal Coat.

Scizor is my third-favorite Pokemon. I like this metal mantis' appearance, especially those pincers. It is also very good in battles, with a BST of 500, one of the best abilities ever in Technician, and an outstanding movepool with U-Turn, Superpower, Bullet Punch, Pursuit, Swords Dance, Bug Bite, Roost, and Brick Break. With that being said, it's no surprise that it's the most used Pokemon ever.

I really like Scizor, it's nice typing and fierce look make it an intimidating bug Pokemon. I usually train one, though the one's that evolve through evolution including this one are difficult for me to get. My non-eveelutions teams usually have this deadly creature.

I love it's shiny form, being a gorgeous gold color, it's one of my favorite Shiny Pokemon.
