Announced at the Japanese Event (Tuesday, August 26, 2014)! A Pokémon fighting tournament developed by Bandai Namco. Platforms: Arcade and Wii U. Arcade Release: Thursday, July 16, 2015 (Japan); Thursday, September 24, 2015 (North America). Wii U Release: Friday, March 18, 2016 (Worldwide).

Is it going to be lauched complete or incomplete? (Like Namco is doing with Tekken 7, they're updating the game with more characters and stuff every now and then before they announce a a full console release)

We got some new information on Pokkén Tournament!

Release date for Japan is Thursday, July 16, 2015! We got two new Pokémon joining the roster: Charizard and Weavile! We also got two new support Pokémon: Jirachi and Whimsicott!

During today's special NicoNico stream, some new details were revealed for upcoming arcade game, Pokkén Tournament. This arcade game is to be released in Japanese arcades from July 16th 2015. Next, the character Weavile has been revealed as a playable character. It is a Speed focused Pokémon.
Secondly, Charizard has been confirmed as a Power character. It has its Mega Evolution of Mega Charizard X as its Burst Mode attack
The original stage, Chrom Town, has featured a rename to Tellur Town as development has progressed
They also announced a new look for the BANA Passports that are used to store progress made in the arcade game. These designs include all 8 of the available characters in the game.
Jirachi and Whimsicott have been confirmed as Support Pokémon.

There is a chance that the game may come to the West.

Nice to hear there is a chance this may come to the west. I likely wouldn't try it if it does comer to the west unless it's ported to the Wii U or 3DS (3DS sounds very unlikely to me). It has an interesting Pokemon selection, I expected Charizard as it's one of the most popular along with Pikachu. Suicune is the most interesting choice.

Blaziken will be the first character to be added after the arcade release, starting to be playable in August.

Also, the game launches tomorrow in Arcades already  ;D
