Talk about our boy Pikachu here. I think Pikachu is cute, however, I think the attention on him is a little overrated since he's just a mouse. I know Pikachu's the mascot and all, but that's just my opinion. How about you?

I always trained him, but then came a day I said, enough, there are other electric type pokemon (electabuzz, ampharos, luxray).

Yeah, the attention on him is overrated and ash should make it evolve.

One of favorites, since it's the top Pokemon mascot. The Pikachu Ash has with him is like ungodly strong, even though the writers tend to try to make it look like weak as a new region begins.

Ash's Pikachu has to be like Lvl. 500 or something.

Pikachu is just another Pokemon IMO and shouldn't get so much attention. It's weak anyways.

I like it. It's one of my favorites for sure. And, even though people say Pikachu is overrated, would you really watch Pokemon if it had Ash but not Pikachu? I do think Pikachu could be a little less overrated though

I got the Pikachu from Toys R us and trained it to level 100. With the light ball, it solely beat 4 of Red's pokemon in HG.
