Online Gameplay

Do you guys think the online gameplay is better than, equal, or worse than the online from MKWii and MKDS?


I find it more fun and with the items not being as powerful it's less annoying to go from 1st to last so fast.

Well... MK7 has no team battles, communities and a better score system
MKWii has the choice of Continental (which I always chose to lower risk of lag or disconnection) and more players
Not taking gameplay into account...

I like it a lot. There's some lagging issues with racing people from Japan (with comparison of other nations), but it's great. It's more fair than in MKWii where bikes had a strong advantage over karts. And since there's no snaking possible (I've tried it, but there's really no point since there's no real boost gained) it's anyones game to win.

Yeah I didn't like the bikes a lot (I preferred the karts) but due to the bikes being faster I was forced to switch over. It seems like a lot of the key concepts from MKWii were removed for this game.

I would say that the online gameplay isn't that different from MKW in terms of my liking. Both have their pros and cons. I like individual battles and communities here though.

It's hilarious! :-D I've started it last Saturday and I used to steal wins from other 2-star and 3-star players. Their locations where they can get hit by your items may be tricky. I didn't like Mario Kart Wii's by the way.
