I really don't know. I guess Boo.
Boo, obviously. He was a cool addition to the playable roster.
I liked Dry Bones. Then Boo.

Boo, because it's Boo. Then Dry Bones, because it made me consider DB as a 'major' rather than a minor enemy/character.
Dry Bones. I use him a lot in Mario Party 7.
i say boo oh course. he my favorite player =D
It's tough between Dry Bones and Boo, but I'll give the nod to Dry Bones.

Toad (although I ended up selecting Mini Bowser/Koopa Kid in the poll), he deserved to become playable.

Koopa Kid, or Mini Bowser as it's called here in PAL regions is my favourite newcomer to ever appear in Mario Party. Just too bad that he only made to 5th and 6th Parties as a playable character. :'(
