Oh, hello to my rant about My Pokèmon Ranch being the worst Wii(Ware), DS or Gamecube title ever, and Pokèmon Box: Ruby and Sapphire is better in every way, even if you own Diamond or Pearl and not Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, LeafGreen or Emerald (I'm one of those by the way). Why is it bad? Let's see...
-Can't use it for mass trading between games. Upload a Pokèmon from your copy of Diamond or Pearl, then you lose your copy (or restart your game?) Your Pokèmon are stuck until you get your file back. I can't find my game card of Platinum btw. Makes this game more like My Pokèmon Prison.
-Supposedly, you can't do the above because this game is meant for families with multiply Pokèmon players. Guess what? Somebody hijacks your DS and deletes your file. Bam, you follow point one. And you have a big problem if your family would steal your Pokèmon in the first place.
-Due to these two points, this game did not sell well. Therefore, the company that fails hard which is Nintendo won't update this game to connect with Platinum, HeartGold or SoulSilver. Only Japanese versions of Platinum can connect with MPR, and it required an update on your Wii.
