Right, we have 2 weeks and we should not procrastinate. See what you can do here. Also note that we have yoshi13 instead of yoshi_7 as yoshi_7 hasn't been that active lately.
 
I'm sorry, yoshi13, but you can't have Baby Mario and Baby Luigi. They never appeared in the Mario Party Series, so can you think of other characters?

Ok, so we have 13 characters (16, since the ones I listed for Real Hammer Bro are what he'd likely do). The rest comes down to RHB.

Description of character history in series:

Last appearance notes: Mario party Ds as a musician
1st Playable: Mario party 6
Last Playable: Mario Party 8
2 Fun Facts or just normal facts:  Toadette 1st appeared in Mario Kart: Double Dash as Toad’s Teammate. The Mario Kart Wii guide names her as Toad's sister.

Blooper
Description of character history in series: Blooper is thought to be a once in a lifetime appearance but he’s been hiding in the minigames for years now
1st appearance: Most Mario Parties in some Minigames
Last appearance notes: Mario Party 8
1st Playable: Mario Party 8
Last Playable: Mario Party 8
2 Fun Facts or just normal facts: Blooper’s 1st appearance was in super Mario bros as an enemy. Blooper currently is having fun inking people in Mario Kart Wii

Yoshi13, the pictures can be big or small, just not too big or too small. And they can be from anywhere, so, you should be able deal with the 5 pictures you need for each character. (One for each.)

As for what size, your choice.

It also depends on what whether we want to look like a graph or a table.
 
Boo
Description History of the Series: In Mario Parties 1-4, Boo was used to steal coins or stars from other characters. In Mario Party 5, he became a playable character and ChainChomp/Pink Boo was replaced for stealing coins/stars.

Description History of the Series: Diddy Kong does not have that much history in the Series, for only he appeared in Mario Party DS as a Story character so far.

Facts about Diddy Kong: Diddy Kong is Donkey Kong's sidekick, and helped out DK whenever in need. Diddy Kong has been appearing in many Mario games since Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour on the Nintendo GameCube.

Description History of the Series: Mario has been in every Mario Party to date. Obviously, Mario has been partying since 1998. He has been playable in every Mario Party as well. And he just wants to have fun with his friends.

Description History of the Series: Dry Bones has appeared in three Mario Party games so far. In Mario Party DS, he appeared as a boss after you win DK's Stone Statue in Story Mode.
