Mushroom - 5 Coins (Hit 2 Dice blocks)
Skeleton Key - 5 Coins (Opens doors)
Celluar Shopper - 5 Coins (Call Toad or Baby Bowser to get a item)
Warp Block  - 5 Coins (Randomly trades places with someone else)
Dueling Glove - 10 Coins (Starts a Duel with one of your oppoents)
Golden Mushroom - 10 Coins (Hit 3 Dice Blocks)
Boo Repellent - 15 Coins (Prevents Boo from stealing your coins/stars)
Magic Lamp - 20 Coins (Takes you to the Star Space)
Item Bag - 30 Coins (Gives you 3 random items, less items are given if you already have some)
Mini Mushroom - 5 Coins (Turns mini, you can only move 1-5, it also let's you go to Mini Events)
Super Mini Mushroom - 15 Coins (Same as Mini Mushroom, but you can hit 2 mini blocks)
Sparky Sticker - 15 Coins (Hides on a space, the person who passes it loses 15 coins)
Battle Whistle - 20 Coins (Starts a Battle Mini-game)

Baby Bowser:
Skeleton Key - 5 Coins (Opens doors)
Poison Mushroom - 5 Coins (Makes foe only move 1-3 there next turn)         
Reverse Mushroom - 5 Coins (Makes you move backwards)
Bowser Phone - 10 Coins (Call Bowser for a event to happen to someone)           
Plunder Chest - 10 Coins (Steals a item from anyone you choose, though you can't choose the item)                   
Lucky Lamp - 15 Coins (Changes Star Space)                           
Boo Bell - 15 Coins (Calls Boo to steal Coins or a Star)                         
Bowser Suit - 20 Coins (Player puts on a Bowser costume, steal 20 coins from anyone you pass)                   
Item Bag - 30 Coins (Gives you 3 random items, less items are given if you already have some)                     
Mega Mushroom - 5 Coins (Roll 2 blocks to steal 10 coins from anyone you pass, you can't get events though)                       
Super Mega Mushroom - 15 Coins (Same as Mega Mushroom, except with 3 Blocks)
Mini-Mega Hammer - 10 Coins (Makes foe Mega or Mini)       
Bowser Bomb - 15 Coins (Choose someone to lose 15 Coins)       

Rare Items:
Wacky Watch (Makes the turns turn to the, "5 Turns Event")
Barter Box (Trade all items with someone of your choice)
Koopa Card (Pass the bank and take ALL the coins in there)
Lucky Charm (Start a "Game Guy Mini-game" for anyone)
Sunny Rainbow (Takes you to the star space)
Lightning Bolt (Makes everyone's next turn 1-3 on the dice block or reverses foe)


 
Story:
Same as the N64 story, though there's 4 more chapters. Once you do Story mode with some characters, you can unlock the original Story mode, where everything's the same as the old N64 days, though during Battle Royale boards, you can verse the new characters. There not apart of the duel thing though. It's broken up into 10 to get:

2. Kindness
3. Strength
4. Love
5. Courage
6. Beauty
7. Mischief
8. Chill
9. Lucky
10. Rainbow
 
1. Chilly Waters & Gateguy (Mr. Blizzard & Baby Bowser)
2. Deep Blooper Sea & Arrowhead (Blooper & Toadette)
3. Spiny Desert & Pipesqueak (Dry Bones & Dribble&Spitz)
4. Woody Woods & Blowhard (Crazee Dayzee & Toad)
5. Creepy Caverns & Mr. Mover (Thwomp & Scuttle Bug)
6. Backtrack (Mona)
7. Waluigi's Island (Boo)
8. Mushroom Grocery & Waterball (Iscream & Rosalina)
9. Pump-kin (Splunkin)
10. Rainbow Road (Rainbowy)

(If you are picking that character, he/she will be replaced with Baby Penguin)

The idea was to take you to the star and get it for free.

I think so, that might need some revising
I love the concept and changes!!!!
Now the thing is that how are you going to make the spaces? And what about the mini-games or that still in planning?
