He says this Goo will let you stop any player in his or her tracks and leave them motionless for three days. This means they cannot move to another space nor can they fight. This is not a battle item but a world item. He says that once you buy it, it will be available to everyone in the shop

You encounter a Boo in Luigi's Mansion. He begins to follow you and there is no way to make him stop. He follows you out of the mansion...

Koopa's Seaside Soiree (Yoshi1)
You see Koopa's Hotel from a distance only to see a huge wave destroy the entire structure. You walk up and help Koopa begin to rebuild his hotel. At the end of the day, Koopa rewards you with 30 coins.

You are walking through the forest following the big river. The river ends when it meets the ocean. A small dock is nearby. A small porcupine offers you a ride into the "Great Unknown". The ride is free of charge. Do you accept?
Gelato Beach (berrylarry)
A Cataquack runs past you and you go chasing after it. After settling it down, you are stopped by a Pianta. Apparently he owns the Cataquack and says he will give you it as long as you pay 50 coins. Do you accept?

Me and Ryuox will not be accepting the Blooper Ink. And as for Kinetic, I don't know... You don't give a explanation on it.
