Although Birdo can shoot eggs and vaccuum, this point goes to ROB for his various ways of attacking including lasers, rotor arms, and gyros.

Even though Birdo has both helped and hindered Mario throughout his adventures, this point goes to ROB because he played a major role in the Subspace Emissary by evntually betraying Tabuu after realizing the destruction he was sent to cause.

Birdo doesn't really have a personality on being a flirtatious, affectionate whatever. ROB deeply cares for his other soldiers, as shown when he desperately tries to break their reprogramming by the Subspace Army.
