Both Kefka and Sephiroth have committed significant acts throughout the games they're in. However, this point goes to Kefka, because he succeeded in destroying the world, something which Sephiroth falls short of.

Face it: when it comes down to it, Sephiroth has a personality of a teenager being dragged out of bed on a school day. Kefka, on the other hand, is one crazy narcissist who possesses every form of insanity whatsoever.

Kefka is motivated by his desire to destroy, being a misanthropic nihilist. Sephiroth, on the other hand, is motivated by his Oedipus complex, making him actually a lackey rather than the main villain.

Kefka has six wings, while Sephiroth has one, Dancing Mad is about three times as long as One Winged Angel, Sephiroth was a hero turned villain and Kefka was crazy to begin with. Take that, Sephiroth.

I don't understand how this could happen; Sephiroth traumatized me as a child when I accidentally saw him commit his most infamous and possibly horrid deed. When you don't even know anything in terms of context, even their names, and it still gets to you, you know that moment is powerful.
