I'm planning on getting this (DS ver) soon. It has the awesomesauce Job system, though it kinda sucks to be forced into Warrior/Knight/Viking powerleveling for max HP. >.>

Onion Knight job is apparently default in the NES ver and optional in the DS ver.

I an't believe you can target yourself in the battle scene in the DS ver. I accidentally attacked myself (Luneth) in the Altar Cave and killed myself. D:

Also, do all new jobs begin at Job Lv 1?

You get them all through story line, when you get the crystals.

Online Knight is gotten when you send mail to a friends like 7 times or something.
