I think it would be nice if this game were to be ported onto something like the 3DS, even though RARE doesn't belong to Nintendo anymore. I mean they were able to make a Diddy Kong Racing port, so why not a DK64 port. What do you all think? If they were to port it, what new things would you like to see?

Yeah I would really like to see it on the 3DS. If they add something, I think adding Dixie Kong would be interesting. They could make some modifications on the levels like they did in SM64DS. That would be something cool. Also the multiplayer mode could have Wi-Fi and they could add interesting things in it.
Most definitely. I would like to see it on the Nintendo 3DS, like Spirit said. They would probably add more levels and collectibles, and make Dixie Kong and Kiddy Kong playable. But it's probably a slim chance of happening, what about JetPac and Donkey Kong Arcade? If there's issues about them, they could easily remove those and find alternative ways of completing the game fully.
DKR was able to be ported because they had a contract with the team still.
It would be nice to see on the 3DS. Some thing would have to be changed (no Jetpac, but if they had to get permission anyway, I'm sure RARE would leave it in).
