Decision on the Forum

We have decided to keep the Forum open! So many of you spoke out and let us know that the Forum is something you still want to see grow and something you still want to be a part of, so we are hearing you out.

Our biggest thing moving forward will be to form a new staff. If you have any interest in becoming a moderator for the Forum, please send me a Personal Message! From there, we'll look at what changes we want to bring to the Forum once we have our new staff.

Thank you again to everyone that let us know what they thought!
 
Glad to see the forum continue and prosper. Looking forward to what we all have in store for us. I'm sure future years will be better than recent years.

The low activity pretty much damaged the forum's outlook of continuing as an actual forum.

It takes time (quite a long while) for decisions on new staff and other things to come into fruition. All we can do is just be patient.
 
Think about this: It's not like the current staff can just randomly pick one of the people that applied and say "We'll promote this guy." Being staff on a forum is a responsibility, and with that comes power. If they end up promoting the wrong person, well... They'd irresponsibly use that power. They have to take their time to think and to make the choice carefully.

I really don't mind who becomes staff, as long as that staff does a great job in handling the Forum and shows responsibility.
