Barrel Bound? I believe you are talking about Keg Kaboom.

There's plenty of barrels and each characters hold one as well. They leave gunpowder trails on the ground and try to catch some fire for it.

Once they've got the fire, they'll pass barrels and let the fire explode them for points.

Oh yeah that's right, I haven't played this game in so long I must've forgotten.
 
I have the PAL version, and in that game they call it Barrel Bound. Sorry for the confusion. =P
 
I'm serious, I'd take this over any Mario Party anytime someone offered me one. Sure, MP offers more variety, but the fun level of this game just easily hits it over the top.
 
I completed the whole game yesterday after a couple of years.

Some of the gold relics were pure torture to grab. I remember on Toxic Bash, Brio kept getting all the good weapons and raped me first every single time. :p
 
This is my favorite game of all times for the PS1. This reminds of the Mario Party Series but with different elements and such. My favorite ones was the Pogosticks, Crate Fight, and Polar Bear Clash. It is ashamed that the series has been dropped, but I am hoping that sony will remake or add to the store. If they do decide to do that, it will definitely increase my chances of getting a PS4.
