Crash Bash

Crash Bash was the last game for the Playstation. This reminds me of MP because its similar to it, but without the bpards and Mario theme. (But why would they put mario themes in a Crash game.) The masks Aku Aku and Uka Uka are fighting as usual, and they use Crash and Co. as a contest with games like Tank fighting and Med-evil themed games. The teams are as follows; for Uka, the players are Cortex N.Brio Rilla Roo and Koala Kong. For Aku, they are Crash, Coco, and... Tiny and Dingodile? yes due to unfair teams Tiny and Dingodile are playing for the good guys, (which is usually the winning team.)

P.S. I'll be posting another topic describing the mini-game types.

Crash Bash was easily more fun than any MP i've played.

The minigames were addicting, the boards were great, and the music kicked ass.

What were some of the mini-games like? Were they like Mario Party, or were they different?

Very different from the MP games.

Visit the Minigames Topic in this board.

This is what happened when Crash Bandicoot decided to throw a party.

I want to throw in for another one.

The character balance was very well done, had some Rock-Scissors-Paper feel to it. For Co-op Adventure Mode you definetly had to make use of different strenghts the characters had.
So even if you thought you had picked the best characters, you would eventually get pounded during the Platinum Relic matches.

The Crate Battles were quite awesome.

I never got all the prizes from Adventure Mode with my friend. I swear we only had a few Platinum Relics to go and one Crystal from that hell-ish Swamp Fox.

This is so much better than Mario Party. 0O

My favorite minigame, Poco A Go Go:

Also has a kickass beat 8)
BETTER than Mario Party.

Dot Dash is probably the only game that I hated because of the stiff controls.

Oops. Double Post. But I wanted to have the video seperated.

Space Bash minigame. Not my favorite, but it's wicked fun.

If you pause during the first few seconds of the video, you can probably make out the rules and different items.

For the Pogo levels, The objective is to create squares of your own color to earn points. The bigger the square, the more points you get.

Controls are the basic up, down, left, right movements, and you use the Circle button to fire your weapons.

Space Bash was my favorite minigame. I loved the fact the floor pieces blew up when explosive crates landed on them. It kept you on your toes all the time, becuase you have to deal with not only your opponents but areas of the floor that dissappear when they "were just right there a second ago!"

Space Bash's Crystal Challenge was hard as all hell, but it was wicked fun using crash to spin TNT everywhere. =P

Sorry for double-posting but I want to show another of my favorite games. Its called Ring Ding, a Medevil Mayhem challenge. In this game you're stuck in a clock tower on a ring and balloons come that you must pop. The balloons you need to pop must match the color under your feet. If you pop a black balloon either all the other player balloons pop or all balloons change to your color. Popping a balloon that's not your color stuns you for a short time, and in the Crystal challenge if you do that you automatically lose. The purple crate contains a power-up. The shoes help you fight against the rings rotation and the vacuum attracts all the balloons that are your color to you. The Medevil Mayhem challenges are never the same except they take place in Medevil times.

Medieval Mayhem consists of 3 games: Ring Ding, Mallet Mash, and Barrel Bound.

There's one challenge you missed called Dragon Drop. Here's a video of it.

In this game you board a dragon and toss gems at a target. Depending on your loctaion, you can score 1, 2 ,3 or 5 points. There are 2 gems at the start, but halfway through the game, a thrid gem appears. You can charge into opponents to make them drop their gems. Highest score after 90 seconds wins.

P.S. What's Barrel Bound like?
