This was the next Crash GBA release with a Spyro game featuring almost the exact same things called Spyro Orange: The Cortex Conspiracy. It was an OK game but I think Vicarious Visions missed the mark on this one. Its less about the franchises historical classic game play and more about mini-games like Polar running and Tank shooting. You need to collect the Crystal at the end of the minigame to move forward. The games can get boring after a while and once you collect the gem and/or crystal the game has, you really don't need to play it again. And unlike in previous Crash GBA games you can't replay boss fights while in story mode. Nina Cortex made her debut in the Crash series in this game, and the boss fights you get into are challenging to start with. But the game is easily masterable. But its worth playing every once and again. A 3 out of 5. Just because Vicarious Visions is backing you up doesn't mean the game is incredible.
