Haven't seen this anime yet, but I heard it was very popular with Adult Swim ratings, so I must see it now. =P

I think I read the manga before. Something about Japan being under control by the British Empire or something. =P

I've seen the first season and it's pretty cool. It's pretty much Death Note with Gundam.

It's not as dialog heavy as Death Note though and has action scenes.

Code Geass R1/R2 are great. One of my top favorite anime, you need to watch this shit.
