That separated and chopped up part was the key... Everything was flowing together in each square so they were each individual rooms. There have only been a few boards to feature rooms but the interior like the stairs and columns gave it away.

3 is Luigi's Mansion ??????? I can't make out those words underneath and it definitely does not look like Dark Moon. 1 is just b*** sh***ry

Also, 5 is NEW Super Mario Bros. 2, not that one. The 2 is at the right end of the logo, so it has to be that one.

Those words on the bottom of 3 really do not look like Dark Moon. First the logo from the first game has no subtext so that rules that out. Thats the obvious reason but the harder to find one is the markings around the {'s} part. They correspond with the purple mansion seen in the Dark Moon logo.

So I'm pretty sure it's Dark Moon...

(About the individual challenge)

Well, I was trying to work on my hybrid (on this laptop), and I was getting frustrated, so I just gave up. I may end up just hand drawing it (and I'd have to take a picture of it with this webcam xD), but the background is gonna be mediocre. But, I just might not submit anything in the end. =P

I think they're literally impossible to know 100%. A couple of karts have the green orange color scheme and the blur doesnt help whatsoever. That grey thing could be anything.
