Species: Human
Background History: Born November 5, 1964, he was a successful businessman until he was kidnapped in 1990 by King Bowser from his home in New York. He was brainwashed into becoming Bowser's minion and started worshipping Bowser as a savior. After an accident that left his face greatly disfigured and his skin a jaunty yellow, he started wearing a Rorschach-esque mask to conceal his face and identity.

Species: Koopa
Background History: May possess many enemies to work for him using his magical instrument. He conduct large groups of monsters to destroy the Mario partygoers. Was once destroyed by Mario. Now he is revived with revenge to ruin the party and other things necessary.

Name: Blamek
Species: A Kamek that got morphed with a Blargg. The Kamek part is in a similar position to how Mario rides Yoshi.
Background History: As a Kamek that was morphed together with a Blargg, Blamek seeks to get revenge on Mario and friends for their fusion. The Kamek was jumped on and fell into a Blargg. The Lava made them morph but they still survived. Ever since then Blamek vowed to seek revenge against Mario and his friends. Blamek kidnaps Donkey Kong and Mario and his friends must travel across five different worlds to save him. Blamek can use magic power in battle against any enemy. Blamek is a tough foe to defeat in some minigames.
