We should get the Yo-yo item to stun the enemy for 2 turns. Then unleash our strongest moves on them.
Mario and Peach™, please do not attack twice in one turn, that is not allowed. Please erase your latest attack. Thank you. 
Well Marioguy, what do you think we should do? H-J points out that they are in water so I'm guessing we can't use Bomb for an attack, but should we use the bow like he suggests?
