You know, a friend of mine came up with the idea of a swapnote RPG.
Would anyone do that?
Well, this would be basicly like a forum rpg, just on 3DS, and with little sounds/pictures added.

Ex: Luigi: Mario, weres da soup?
Mario: I'da know.

Basically like that.
No more sig.... awwwww....

Sounds like a good idea, but what would they call it?

Maybe....

SWAPQUEST!

or...

ADVENTURES IN NOTES!

...or something cooler. But there can be different ones.

Popular message-swapper Nintendo Letter Box got an update today that lets you write and draw with coloured ink.

Simply scan the QR code below with your 3DS console and it'll take you straight to the update, which adds five coloured inks to the free application: red, blue, green, purple and orange. Black remains an option too.

To scan the QR code below:

Hold L or R on the 3DS Home Menu to bring up the camera.
Tap the chequerboard option this opens up the QR reader.
Align the frame with the QR code and it will offer you a link.
    Press A.

To select the new colours tap left or right on the D-Pad. Note that you can only use one coloured ink per letter, so you can't draw multi-coloured masterpieces.

This update is now available around the world.

Swapnote has been updated today, now with different colored ink!

All you need to do is scan the QR code from this source, or check the update list in the eShop. Enjoy!

Something I hate about Swapnotes:

I deleted one of my messages, so now I can't see the new reply.

They seriously should fix that; I keep it clean so I don't have a clutter of notes, but it's ridiculous to notify you of new notes and then delete the replies because you deleted the note that was being replied to. Anyone else hate that? It pisses me off. :P

Is it possible for us to start a Nintendo Letterbox Stationary Exchange Service? You see, my Pikachu 3ds XL when doing a data transfer from my old one made me lose everything on it since I messed it up and transferred from new to old, rather than the right way. So one of the things I lost besides Streetpass Data and Ambassador games was my Letterbox Stationary. Is it possible for us to add friend codes and exchange them with eachother?
According to a recent study 20% of all Pirated Software online are E-Books. THOSE FRECKIN PIRATES STEALIN ALL AWR EEE BOOOKS. NO GET AWAY.

In case you guys haven't done so already, update your Swapnote for on-the-fly recording and photo insertion, and filtering your messages by sender :3

...the pen seems to be a little different as well for some odd reason

@Mareep - the idea sounds good, after all I know that sometimes I've given others stationery which might have been region specific when it first came out and such

Marth is not amused.
