As long as you've got a more recent, say about 5 years or younger, computer, you should be fine. You might have issues running games in fullscreen but that'd be it.

So i'm going to change this to just Mario Party 3 netplay, since that's the only MP game me, brady23, and Spongyoshi play. But me and Spongyoshi sometimes play 2. I will never play 1 because of the horrible joystick rotating minigames. I use a controller adapter, so I will feel the pain that others felt back then. Also, it would suck for my friends because they use the keyboard.

@Prince Richard If you still want to play, I can PM you the emulator we use, the rom we have(It has to be the same type of rom) and what to configure in the emulator to play.

Does anyone want to get together for a game of Mario Party 3, since brady23 and Spongyoshi are "inactive" and I don't think nausicaa is coming on soon since the last reply in his MP Netplay topic was in October 21, by me.

I'd like to play some mario party 3! I've been googling looking for a way to play it online and this is the most recent thing. I have project 64 with the aqz plugin, do you use something different or will that be okay?

That'd be cool! I have Mupen64, but I don't know how to set up NetPlay on it. I've looked at kaillera but I have no idea how to configure it.

Don't worry, it's very easy.

1. Set your ROM directory. You can tell if it's been set if there's roms in the emulator window. If it isn't, go to Options>Settings>Directories. Add the folder where your Mario Party 3 rom is. Make sure the MP3 rom is the (U) version as well.
2. Go to Options>Input to configure your controls if you haven't already.
3. Go to Utilities>KailleraClient. A small window will open up. Change the username and quit message to whatever you like, and change the connection type to "Excellent."
4. Add a server IP. I will message you the server we usually meet up on to play Mario Party 3.
5. Simply connect whenever we can get together for a game.

And that's really it. Also, you will need to tell me your timezone so I can see when we can meet up.

Hi! Me, NintendoFan, Spongyoshi, and landers enjoy playing Mario Party 3 online from time to time. If you're interested, download Mupen64 and here's instructions on how to set it up:

1. Set your ROM directory. You can tell if it's been set if there's roms in the emulator window. If it isn't, go to Options>Settings>Directories. Add the folder where your Mario Party 3 rom is. Make sure the MP3 rom is the (U) version as well.
